I used always br thinking of food and my next meal.
I just font feel the same anymore! I don't eat to FEEL good. I eat bc I have to.

I finaly hit "ONE Derland" (under 200lbs) on Mothers day this year. I will NEVER forget that day!
Weight loss is very slow now, but thats okay. I am okay with being a work in progress
I am 194 today and feel I owe my life to Dr Almanza and the great job he did for me!

Looking back Dr Almanza was fantastic and so were all the staff in jerusalem hospital! I would recomend their services to anyone who wants their life back! I am very happy I did this Nd only wish I knew then, what I knew now

Hi guys! So I am 7.5 months in and have lost now 100lbs
I am also in wonderland as I have hit the 199lb milestone. Huge deal and so happy I had the procedure done! It is t all ups...I almost always feel pretty crappy after eating but its ok. Has changed the way I feel about food.

Thanks Jade, So you had yur surgery on the 8th and are eating crackers? I was thinking they might make me feel good but thought I was supose to eat just full liquids till the 29th. Right now I'm ready to have a martini to numb the pain. jk I would if it worked. I am sipping on ant acid had cream of wheat with milk and chicken broth today. OMG it still hurts even just water. It's making me crazy. As you can see I too am a baby. I tried yogurt today and it was worse so I'm not gonna do it again for a week or so. I'm going to see my son speak at a conference tomorrow and he knows nothing. I will just sip away and take my vitamins. Thanks for your support. It helps to know this is normal, of course no one says anything about it before hand. I'm still happy I had the surgery. Food is now not my life. Thanks

Hi Jade, I had my sleeve done on October 15th. I am just wondering if you could give me som tips. It still hurts quite a bit to swallow liquids. I cramp and then burp I feel thirsty and want to drink but it hurts. Is the the norm? When did you start to feel better? Just wondering. Thanks

The staff are so fantastic, and you are well looked after.
I didnt realise that I would feel so terrible, but it is gettin better. All of my group passed our leak tests and tou will be in great hands with Dr Almanza and the group at Jerusalem clinic. I stayed at Hotel Ticuan, and would recemend it to anyone.
Im on day 3, i still feel quite weak and tired. And it is a little difficult to get enough liquids in at this point. My stomach is still a little upset.
But I would do this all over again if It means I can get my health back
