- Biography:
- Well......what to say about me? I am a wife of 25 years and a mother of two wonderful sons ages 20 and 24. Our chihuahua Punkin' rules our house and we have two goats named Jethro and Elly Mae. I absolutely LOVE the outdoors, with the exception of hot summertime. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and truly love my work. So, why am I here? About 3 months ago my cardiologist told me I have the beginnings of heart failure. I'm an uncontrolled diabetic of 15 years with multiple health problems so I MUST get the weight off. I MUST! I love to eat and am needing to exchange that with exercise and my love for the outdoors. I'm happy to be here on this site to share my journey and likewise provide support to others.
