Hello, I´m at that point where I need to have these procedures done and I need to know if I can have them done together. I want a personal referral of a good surgeon in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico if anyone can give me a contact name and number its greatly appreciated. I need to have that confidence that someone else has done that there before I go in. Sorry to say Im not very trusting here in Mexico but I live near by. I use to like the compliments about my weight loss they made me feel good about myself but now all I hear is negative things ... the most popular is that I look older or they say you need to stop loosing weight you look sick... what??? I weigh 178 I still have ways to go !!!all I need is supportive people not negative ones... it´s hard as it is it´s been 15 months since my surgery and Im not stopping now.!!!!

So happy today I got on the scale and it said 188!!! I guess the exercise and healthy eating are paying off. Started my journey @ 258 down 70 and only 30 left to meet goal all of this in 4 months and 1 week I feel GREAT!!! Have a great weekend yáll

Im sooo happy this is one of the reasons I had my surgery. My glucose was a little high before and now its only 82 Im normal Im on the right track baby Im sooo energetic I exercise over an hour a day and Im looking better each day I still have lots of LBS to drop but Im confident I will get there. good luck to you all

This year 2013 will be the best of the best because I feel and look great, I wont lie and say its been easy but its well worth it...
