Well M Birthday is in 14 Days FEB 2! I am trying to find an alternative to birthday cake which is not an easy task I cant eat it whipped or buttercream to much sugar and it taste disgusting to me now!! Anyone have any ideas I would greatly appreciate it because I certainly dont want to sit around and not enjoy dinner and a bday celebration because i dont have a way to celebrate it in a healthy way!! Thanks in advance for all the ideas!!

Well I know it has been forever since I have posted an update but here it goes. I have lost 40lbs WOOT WOOT! I feel amazing and my husband and friends are like omg you look so good! Makes me feel good to have more energy ! I am quite surprised that I might see under the 300 mark before the year is over! only 110 more lbs before my goal but I know it will take time to get there. There have been some up and downs for sure alot of the foods that I have wanted before I dont want and I havent had a soda

Man what a journey. It was very hard for me the other day because I wanted some garlic cheese bread so bad the other day! I think the hardest part was the smell. But I was successful and stuck to my diet. I did have an emotional day yesterday because of it but thanks to my amazing mother who was here to support me and my husband who also I had a conversation with about it they are very helpful. Okay so I have to lose 10-15 lbs pre op! I feel like I dont know how to accomplish this even though I do. I bought fruits and veggies, protein shakes, no carbs etc etc. If anyone can provide me with any tips and tricks with losing weight that would be appreciated I dont want to get to surgery and they say no we cant do it because I would be very upset.
