Let me begin by saying that I know everyone's rate of weight loss is different. I just want to know if I am on track or if anyone has suggestions on how to speed things up. I am 40 days out from surgery and down 38 lbs down (12 before surgery). Should I be moving faster? I have only lost about 5 lbs in 3 weeks.

I just returned from my one wk post op appmt and I am 21 lbs lighter! I was so excited to hear that I can start full liquids, however, I expected that to be a week and then move on to puréed foods. Well, my dr had a different plan! I am on full liquids until my next appmt in a month! So, please send me ideas for full liquids so I don't go crazy! I've been on clear for 3 weeks and one of those weeks was with no protein shake.
