Well I had my surgery yesterday and I am still here to talk about it. it is 4:30 AM as I type this...sitting in a chair....I have been up and walking and had my catheter removed. Only using Tylenol for pain....they were giving me morphine and it was causing a great deal of nausea, so tylenol is it....I surely don't want to vomit. I did have dry heaves a couple of times which was rather unpleasant. Very anxious to have my popsicle and something to drink....which they say will be this morning

Well tomorrow is the big day! So excited for the changes coming my way, but I must admit I am a little nervous. Not nearly as nervous as I thought I would be though. Not sure if it is because I am so confident in my surgeon or if it is because I have come to realize that if something happens to me it is because it was my time. Did anyone else feel this way? I hope I am not crazy!
