almost one year post op

I couldn't be more humbled and thankful to those who supported me along this journey. I have come so far from not being able to get liquids down to this. I still need to up my water intake but I am so happy. On August 15, 2012 I went in I knew what to expect but not knowing how I was really going to feel. I turned to this website for support and comfort. Today I am happy to report one year ago I was 265 and today I am 181. I know my weight loss journey is not over ts just in a new stage.
6months post op

I have made it to the 6 months post op. I get a call from my Bariatric team office, They said to me that they have been tracking me and they are happy with my progress. I find it that I am harder or myself than they are on me. Do you feel that sometimes. I have my scale at my kitchen entrance so when I even think of grabbing something bad or I shouldnt have it sit there as a reminder, In my journey I started at 265 and today I am at 195. I am happy that I am more than half way to my goal. Is

I am so excited. I am 5 months post op.today I weighed myself and finally down to 200 pounds. I have lost a total of 65 pounds. I need a push. Its been rough getting here but I am so more than glad to try anything new. I am excited to wear a size of clothes that I haven't been able since high school or cross my legs comfortably!
So I am ready for suggestions. ANY???

I want to have Sushi. I am almost 2 months out. I really want like seared salmon and a california roll. I am so knew to this when is too soon!
Sad about the setbacks

I have been back to work a week and the doctor calls and leave a message that I need to take off for another two weeks. I was so excited and anxious to go back to work. however I work a stressful job and it has caused inflammation in my tummy and I had to go back from pureed stage to liquid. Its crazy I miss mashed potatoes.
I am so sad for the setback. i really like working and love my job. I work with special needs high schoolers. I push wheelchairs and lift students out of
