shell286, I am a bandster to a sleever also, my surgery was on Feb 11th (1 procedure). I find that I can still glup 14 oz of protein drinks and water with no problems. I don't own a scale so not sure how much I have lost so far however on my 10 day follow up with the dr it was 13 lbs but also found out that my stomach was mis shapen. My physican just comment we just have to remember that your stomach is mis shapen. Well that not good enough for me that why I think I can still eat and drink so much. Just wanted to know how much you have lost since your revision.

I saw your post in the Clothing group, and responded there, but I know there's not much activity there. Do you still have the clothes you were getting rid of, by any chance? :]

hmmm today.. how do i feel???? Well I have a horrible UTI going on... YEAH me!!! TMI huh... BUT on Saturday night my husband and I went out and I put on a skirt that i have not worn in about a year... and I ROCKED it... LOL i even had a woman come up and tell me that I looked pretty! That made my weekend!! The scales are not really moving... but I am keeping positive about it.. They will!!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful week!!

Hi shell286 I was so glad to hear from you! Every since the suregery food doesn't taste real good and I am not hungry. So I am sure I am not eating enough. In the last month I have drank protien once. Don't do what I do! I will be really lucky if I don't loose my hair. I really haven't excercised
lately. I did walk tonight it is so freakin hot even at 9:00 at night. I have to start back exercising on a regular basis. Hang in ther you will do great!!

Hi Sheree! Your picture is great is this before?? You look really small!! Did you loose much weight with the band? I was sleeeved 3-23-12 . I lost 12 pounds the week before on liquids. I have lost 83 since then. I just say I have lost 95 pounds. I have no appetite and my taste buds have changed so there is not much I like. I hope I don't loose my hair I have not been good with my protien. I am sure you will do great!!! I had some challenges at first but now I feel really good! Good Morning!!! Well today the scale said less than yesterday! not much but every ounce counts.. I know that I need to not weigh myself EVERY day but I feel like it keeps me mindful during the day and helps me with making sure everything I put in my mouth is healthy and not a waste... I do have a question for all of you veteran sleeve members... I am concerned with my stomach streaching... I am 30 days out and have been able to eat pretty much whatever I want to.. of course not the same amounts but nothing seems to bother my stomach. I think this is because I had my band in for 7 years that I am used to it. But I want to be mindful and NOT do anything that will cause it to get larger. I can drink from a straw with no problems at all is that bad???? ALSO, what are some helpful hints on the best way to take the weight off dos and donts if you will..THank you so much in advance!!!

If anyone has any questions about having the gastric sleeve after a lap band, please let me know.. I will be happy to share my experinces with you!
