    You look familiar. It's nice to know someone else from Elgin is on here. I am going slow according to my surgeon. I have lost 57 lbs since my surgery 11 weeks ago. I cannot tolerate the protein. He said I am getting too few calories & way to little protein. I average about 30 grams of protein & 300-500 calories a day. He said I should be getting 60-80 grams of protein & 800-1000 calories a day. I just yesterday starting doing some exercise (me very bad). Well I guess if I had exercised before I wouldn't be so fat ha ha! Since you are just 19 days out you must still be feeling pretty crappy. I felt pretty bad for maybe 3-5 weeks but now it's ok I feel good most of the time if I don't drink the protein. I cannot figure out what to eat. I am still only getting maybe 40 ozs of water.I hope you do better then me once you start to eat solids. I started out heavier then you. How do you actually feel? Are you able to drink the protein? Did you go to Mexico? How was that? I had mine at Seton (main one) in Austin.

Better broth?

Has anyone been able to find or create a broth that isn't loaded with sodium? Everywhere I look they are all loaded with sodium. Any info would very much be appreciated. Thanks!
