Well I was only 180 lbs when I started is journey a year ago. I have since reached my 1 year goal of 50 lbs. I still have 10 to go and know it will come off in time. I can say I am happy and can eat anything I want and I am satisfied! Thankful as gastric surgery gave me my life back !
It is very frustrating to hear of everyone loosing crazy weight and I am fighting to get to my first 20 and it has been almost 2 months. UGGGG
not quite sure what to think about this? Its so exciting to hear about people loosing weight quickly and I know I am smaller 180LBS to start and i'm struggling for my weight loss but I did surgery for a reason! I am 26 days post op and have only lost about 12lbs and how can i not be loosing when i eat less than 2 cups of food a day? is my body used to this amount of food now? what can i do to give me a jump start? neeing some encouragement and words of wisdom from my fellow sleevers....
I am 14 days out and pierodically have these piercing sharp pains on my left side. There is no rhyme or reason to when they come and its not necessarily when i eat or drink it truly is random. Originally i thought it was just part of the healing but then i have been feeling fine for about a week and still have had these but havent made much of them. today they have almost crippled me and i am just wondering if anyone has any thoughts. I am curious to see if there is anyone similar to my size and weight. I see all these post of folks loosing crazy weight and i am only 11 days post op and 10 pounds down and i feel like i am fighting for every pound. i had a friend take my measurements with a tape measure and it looks like i am loosing some inches to some degree as i am measuring myself so not to sure but anyhow looking for some realistic numbers. I have a trip to my corp office in ten days and was really hoping to have dropped
