Even though we are sleeved we are still human beings that make good and bad choices...it's totally normal...
Any advice for a sleever thats 8 week post op???

just wanted to message you about the bat wings I have had the same problem, however I am swimming and working my arms out 4-5 days a week. That did not stop it from happening, so don't beat yourself up. I am ready to super glue them under my armpits. lol its that or learn to fly

Just checking in. How are you doing? I am down 49lbs. cant wait to hit the 50lb mark.

My stomach was empty...so I started all liquids one week post- op. my stomach thanked me.

thanks for sharing your journey! I'm up tomorrow! so yo are able to drink the protein drinks from Cosco already?? I thought it was clear liquids for two weeks?

Hi- Got the costco shakes yesterday and tried one over ice. It was not to bad. Still on broth and mostly clear liquids but might try that tomatoe soup thing today. Gas pain is mostly gone just get tired easy but I am making myself walk everyday no matter how I feel. What a weird experience we had. I was telling my best friend about getting tied down to the table and she said we should make sure we still all have both our kidneys. LOL (you never know!)

Julie- how exciting for your weight loss. I'm down 7 pounds since surgery. Not on to soft foods. Yesterday switch he'd from clear liquids to all liquids. Finally felt full and satisfied. Had some tomato soup and the protein shakes from cosco are good. Turns out the dis omfort I e been having since surgery were hunger pains be ause after having some tomato soup yesterday I felt great. I'll add puréed foods next Sunday.

My stomach still hasn't ever told me stop in a rude way( nausea or vomiting). Has yours? How are you feeling and what are you eating?

How are you doing? Have you started soft foods yet? I am down a total of 35 lbs from start date. I lost 10 this last week.
