She's just started week 6 and has been eating things like tuna, cookers squash, mashed potatoes...
I have the post-op eating plan from Dr. Almanza, but I found another on Google from Dr. Joseph E. Chebli that doesn't have anyone on solid foods until 9 to 12 weeks.
Does anyone have any advice? I'd hate for her to jeapardize her weightloss journey because of misinformation.
