Well I made it. Kind of tough the first two or three days, but everything seems to be going ok today. I am really tired of the liquid diets and looking forward to a more normal routine. Going out to eat and family outings are tough, but I made it through memorial day cook out and my daughter's birthday at the Mexican restaurant. I cheated (just a little) a couple of times but no bad side effects that I know of. Having a tough time keeping the liquids up and meeting the protein numbers but getting better. I have learned that you have to sip (not gulp) are you will get the belches. I loved ice cold water, but unless it is less than a 8 oz bottle, I just can not handle the warm water in the bigger sizes after you sip for thirty minutes.

Guess now I will start the experiments with foods if my dr clears me tomorrow. So far so good, down several pounds since I started and a lot of comments about how I look. Of course the clothes are falling off but its summer so that is not a problem.
