Hi! Things are good. Weight loss is progressing. I did have a little personal scare about a week or so ago. I had gained 4 lbs and I wigged out! I gained it in two days, then 2 days later it went back down 4 lbs and have started losing about a pound every other day since. Apparently my body had gone into starvation mode and was retaining anything possible. I also hadn't been taking my protein shakes and getting my protein in as I should have. So just remember when you do have your surgery, you need to get your protein and fluids in! Hope you have a wonderful day and I am here if you ever need to talk

We are getting close!!!! I pray that all is well with you. I have been trrying to mentally prepare myself for surgery... I am super excited!!! How are things going with you? I am going to do some early Christmas shopping and tie up some lose ends so I can focus on recovery when I get home..

Good morning, I am doing well still surfing the sight for more info and insight about our upcoming procedure and surgeon. I am more comfortable and at ease with my choice. I like to follow people who had their procedure performed by him especially the larger group because that is the group I am in at this moment. As a nurse you understand more about procedures, anesthesia, and the entire process. So it's hard just to put it in the back of your mind. I am still excited!!! I am not rushing time but I can't wait to be sleeved. My husband says' just try to put it in the back of your mind until the last week in Nov....LOL I can't I'm way to excited for that...I talk about it everyday!!! Until we speak again be blessed. I am praying for us friend, that God bless and protect us before, during and after I successful weight loss journey...We will be just find.
