yeah my hair is fine I haven't had any hair fall out yet I'm 6 months out. But I put braids in my hair and the edges are sensitive so when I scratch I think is pulling my hair out i might be a little bald what I take the braids out.yes that's the most recent picture of me I took it the other day I am about 38 pounds away from my first target goal weight if I feel I need to lose some more I'll probably take off an additional 12 pounds and just stay there if I look nice. I no that 50 is my maximum that I need to lose and my minimum is 38 Pounds. I'm excited I'm just trying to get everything together to get re motivated to burn off the rest of this weight before my birthday in June.

Yeah my cousin is a trucker and that is his dilemma about the surgery. I think you should stock up on health choice, weight watcher meals they don't taste bad some taste really good like the Mexican style fajitas I think I know I love one of them. You have to find snacks you can snack on which are still healthy and won't cause you to maintain weight. Do your research now and learn before you go back to work so you will already know. What you can also do is plan your meals out for the day and put it in containers. Limit yourself to only the contents in the containers for the entire day. Then you know how much your consuming you will be more cautious of your food intake. That will help a lot.

Hey, I am doing good if your wondering. I am at a BMI of 32.76 which for an African American is great!! Risk factors increase at 33 so I am out the risk factor stage and on to a healthier me if your looking at it in terms of BMI. With the waist to hip ratio stuff for an AA I am still in the risk stage I am at about 43.5 and anything above 39 for an AA is considered to be unhealthy. I am 36 lbs away from my target goal #1 which is 167 lb. If when I get there I can adjust as needed. All around I am trying to do better with committing to working out, and getting motivated. I have been a bit busy with the new job, so I have not been on here as much. I am on Facebook a lot more. I will continue to post in the group as I find more relevant data, showing the evidence lol. Well that is the highlight of me, how are you?

Hey Lady, how are you doing? I hadn't seen you since surgery, I pray that all is well. I know the weight is falling off. I have lost a total of 30lbs. Honestly i thought it would be more but I am grateful and still working towards more. I am about to implement a weight loss routine in my daily activities.

I am on the full liquid stage & my surgeon instructed me to still do 2 oz. every 3 hours. Everything like grits, cream of wheat, etc. needs to be thinned & I also add protein powder to those and also to my cream soups. I just tried pureed oatmeal made with skim milk, a dab of diet butter and that tasted really good. As some one said, just be gentle with yourself and go at your own speed. We aren't in a race & what works for someone else at this stage might not work for you. Mostly, I would just suggest trying 2 oz every 3 hours.
  15. Thanks so much for the thoughts and prayers on my day I'm feeling pretty well, no big complications, just taking it slow. I hope you are recovering nicely!

As I've said in another post, I never meet my goal weight out of the whole 6yrs. But this time I am on it and I will get there for the first time (YYEEESSS).
I did set my tracker but I should have set it as a restart, however I'm thinking why not remind myself of where I was a few year back. Then watch and work to get

I'm here today after not be here for a good while.(shame) but I got to say that I'm tankful for my sleeve journey, It really has be a life changer.

It was back in 2012 when I got the sleeve done, and I mentioned in someone post that was having the same issues that I am, so that goes without saying it caught my attention when I saw his question. I can honestly say that I have no regrets for getting the sleeve. I did my research, I followed through with everything I needed to do, I
