I went to publix yesterday , witch has a scale and it said 274 with shoes and glasses and pants and a sweater and tshirt! Normally with a scale I'm undressing like crazy! So weighted in everyday stuff I weighed in at 274 wow can u believe almost a year ago I weighed in at 407? That girl is long gone and NEVER to return!

Wen I was at the dr last week I was 286 but hadn't eaten anything bc I was sick

I start my excersize program again tomarrow ...hope we can take this plato an throw it away and show my weight chart another down side of a mountian! Ill post how I do every once and a while

Hi Sara, you are looking great! hang in there! I have seen some incredible life changes on this site and I have a great feeling you will get there. I just ordered some unflavored protein powder to add additional protein in other foods I eat besides just shakes. I cannot stand the shakes. I will let you know how it tastes...I want to try before my surgery, I start liquids on Saturday.

You noticed it to huh...the ladies far outnumber the fellas. You won't ever hear me complain on the ratio though. lol. I will definitely try and keep you up to date and i'm sure i'll be taking you up on your offer. I know i'll have a bunch of questions pretty soon for you. Can't wait to get this new life going.
