I'm doing so good, lost 30 pounds ,and feel great and eat what ever I want. I allso hit the gym now 4 times a week.

Hi Ordete! It's so good to hear from you! I'm doing ok too. I had a few issues with my incisions but am doing pretty good now. I'm still struggling to get in all the protien and water. How about you? How are you doing?

I am stuck for the moment at 189. I suppose it happens but it needs to hurry up and pass! =o)

Sorry to hear about your hospital stay...... I have a hard time getting 64 oz of fluids down. It seems lik all I am drinking all the time. Other than that I am doing well. I a down to 189-190. How are you doing? I started back to work today. AWESOME day.

I have not had alot of issuess with the surgery, my Lord was holding my hand!! I of course being the Diet Coke fiend for almost 18 years, had to try a sip..........I can promise you it won't be real soon that I try it again!! Made it home safe and sound. I haven't weighed myself since the 17th of Aug.....210 lbs. I found the courage to take a peek while everyone was still asleep.......OMG I all but let out a scream!!!!! 195 lbs.
(I am still excited 9 hours later!!!!)
I met a wonderful group of people, you know who you are.......Thank You for your support and friendship! I value each of you!!!
