Hi, I've lost about 60 pounds since surgery in August. Now I've been stalled for weak months and no weightloss . I eat very little compared to before surgery. I'm really sad and disappointed right now. I walk 3 miles about 3 times each week as well. What does can I do? Has anyone else stalled and recovered? What did you do?

I'm kind of concerned. I am three weeks out from having my surgery. I lost 20 pounds post surgery while I was on the liquid diet. I started eating soft foods last week... and stopped losing weight. In fact, I even gained a pound or two! I am very concerned and a little depressed. I've been eating like a bird, just small servings, three meals a day.
Is this normal? Will my body figure out that I am eating less and suddenly start losing weight again? I am having a horrible vision

At this time, I have some symptoms but most of my labs are still normal and I feel fine.
I realized at a certain point that high blood pressure was going to make my progression to end

I've had a hard time recovering? I've been in a lot of pain and can't get my oxygen level up. Has anyone else has this problem?

I have surgery in five days. I'm so ready to do it on so many levels. But part of me is really sad that I will be giving up food that I love. I mean, I really love food. It makes me sad that I won't be able to indulge in my favorite foods any more.
Also, I have experienced discrimination. Once you see this sort of discrimination, it is hard to un-see it. How do I handle people who were dismissive of me as a heavy person? Sometimes I think being overweight makes you invisible
