Biography:

I got my surgery in June 2011 with surgeon Dr Aceves in Mexicali, Mexico. The hospital was great, the staff supportive, the surgery and post-surgery went like clockwork. I went in at 266 lbs and within 9 months I was down to my personal goal of 151 lbs, my sleep apnea is gone, diabetes gone, my cholesterol bang on, my blood pressure low. Almost all pills are out of my life, with the last couple being phased out now. And I have great energy and a sense of vitality that I thought was long gone. I'd be happy to chat with anybody living in British Columbia who is considering the surgery.
