I wonder if anyone else is feeling this way.I had started this journey in August of2011.I weighed 286 and was shocked to see this number on the scale.I had always been heavy.I finally got up the nerve to ask my doctor about possibly looking into weight loss surgery.I filled out the questionnaire and went to the seminar offered by my surgeon.I lost 42 pounds before surgery by following weight watchers.The day of surgery I weighed 244.Today I weigh 179.I should be excited, but I'm not.I worry

I had my surgery Oct 1st and have been trying to find ways to get my protein in.I just found dry roasted edamame.For only 1/4 cup there is 11 grams of protein.Just wanted to let you guys know

I had my surgery on Oct 1st.I have been doing well but am still struggling getting in my protein and water.I have been struggling with eating at all.So for now my everyday is one greek yogurt with fruit for breakfast which is 12 grams protein.A couple hours later I have a myoplex eas protein shake.It has 300 calories but also has 42 grams protein
I will usually have a small dinner.So is this healthy?I am getting my protein in.I have stopped stressing over food.I feel better about it but I wonder

I had my surgery October 1st.I have had a relatively easy recovery.I was following all of the rules with vitamins and protein.Now I am having a hard time getting any of that in.I am still on one protein shake a day which is 25 grams protein.I usually have a greek yogurt with fruit for breakfast.I am very lost at this point.I still have no appetite and I feel very discouraged.I don't know what to eat anymore.I have been struggling to get my protein in and I have stopped my vitamins.I don't know what

Hi guys I am 6 weeks out and honestly confused.I am getting by but unsure of what to do.I am at 217.6 this morning.I started my journey out in June at 286.I have been the same weight for the last week.I think this is my first stall.I am looking for some good guidelines to follow.How much protein,carbs and calories should I be getting in?My surgeon said 60 but his nurse said 80-120...can anyone say confused?lol I feel like I need to know a good base.I think this stall is really causing me to doubt
