Good to hear you met goal!! Are you still loosing? How much can you eat at a sitting? Currently I can only eat about 4 ounces at a sitting and it takes about 30-45 mins to get that down.. Usually eat about 2 2-3 ounce meals and 1 4ounce meal a day. It take awhile and it is not easy. But I am very happy with the results!

Thanks!! Been doing well a lot better than the last time we talked.. The protein drink really helped it has been hard to stomach but I am getting it down.

Wondering if you could give me some advise? I had my Sleeve done on May 8th and weight is falling off like crazy witch is GREAT!! There is one problem I am very very weak and tired! Cant seem to eat anything.. Did you have this problem and is there anything I can do to help with being so tired and weak?

hey there ! Just wanted to tell you that I am past 1/2 way to my weight loss goal !!!!! Only 50 more lbs to go and I will be at my ideal weight !!!!!! I am sooooo excited ! I have gone down 2 pants sizes and 2 shirt sizes !!! Thanksgivng wasn't as hard for me as i thought it would be !

I am down about 40 lbs and have started on more normal foods ! I can eat 1/2 sandwich, about 4 bites of whatever is on plate, etc. have had a rough time worg my incision sites healing. I get headaches more often
