I'm doing good. I been at 150 for the past 1 month. I just want to loose 10 more lbs. but it feels goods. I am wearing a size 5. Never wore that size before. What are you having?

Hello mercedes, I haven't been on until today myself. I am doing good I am 31 week and fluctuate from a weight gain of 6-8lbs. I can't waint til the baby is born, I am hoping I can get my last 50 or so lbs off pretty easily. No I can't believe it will be a year. How have you been? Did you meet your goal weight?

I am also 56lbs. I also have to get more exercise in. These past 2 weeks havent done anything. need to get back on track like you say.

I am good, fell off my diet a little so hoping to get back on track..and trying to workout more...2 struggles I have had all my life...lol I am down 56lbs how about you? Happy New Year to you as well

no..my surgeon had me do liquid for 2 wks soft food for 2wks and now regular meat and veggie diet..well we sure are truckin along in our weightloss..congrats
