Hi Nikki, just noticed one of your posts in the diet forum to do with purée stage. I also had surgery the same date, and have begun the purée stage as well. I have found that I can have a scrambled egg with a wedge of laughing cow lite cheese for breakfast. For lunch 2tbsp of chicken or tuna mousse and 2tbsp of purée carrots. The same for dinner. I also have 2 protein shakes a day and a Greek yogurt to keep my protein intake up. Hope this helps.
