Yes, I know each person is different and we all lose at different speeds, I am just curious. I am at 4 months, and with the pre-op diet, I have lost 78 pounds. I just feel that isn't a lot, since only 45 of that is post surgery. I know it is still good and it is a loss, but I feel like I am losing very slow I am just curious what you have lost.

I am now 5 weeks post op and I think I have hit the dreaded stall that I keep hearing about. I haven't lost anything in the last week. Now, I will say that I also fractured my ankle and haven't been able to walk much at all the last week so that isn't helping. But, if it is a 'stall', how long did yours last and what week were you on?

Today was my 2 week post-op. So far everything has been going good. I have no protein getting my protein shakes down at all, the week of puree was pretty boring and I didn't try too many things pureed. But I did like a scrambled egg with with a little ricotta cheese, it went down very easily. I couldn't do the meats pureed, just looked too gross to eat, ha. I had my surgery on Friday, everything went fine. Except my blood pressure went a little low during surgery and my kidney numbers jumped. They think the kidney numbers are high because of the blood pressure issue. But, I still had to stay an extra night in the hospital and got pumped full of fluids. I am going to see a kidney specialist just to be safe.

My biggest problem is after 3 1/2 days of being pumped full of liquids via IV, I gained 17pounds. How frustrating. I know
