I just cant believe it! I am getting so excited and anxious!!!! Trying my best to stay as positive as possible and not think about the "what if's", but it is hard!

My weight is coming down quickly~ already down 10 lbs! crazy!!!! I have slipped a little hear and there but have been able to manage a 900 calorie intake and am doing my best ... this week i am going to be extra strict ... as far as cheating I have been just eating chicken when I'm hungry and drinking crystal
