Hi, I just had my surgery 13 days ago and it's good to see your success. My highest weight before surgery was 280, I was 257 the day of surgery and as of today I'm 249. Thanks for sharing your story.

Wow! Your hard work has paid off. I hope to have my surgery this month, but still waiting for final insurance approval. Are you on MyFitnessPal? I'm trying to get a good idea of what my diet will be like so I am mentally prepared. I'd love to see your food diary.
