Hey...sorry It has taken so long to get back to you. I haven't been on this site for a while. I'm doing well but I have only lost 51lbs. I think it is because I stopped exercising. I just got a yoga program so I will be starting that soon.

Hi Nicole, I just wanted to check in with you. I see you are doing great, 31lbs awsome...... I have not tried exercises that include the stomach muscles. I have been bike riding. I live near the beach/boardwalk and the weather has been beautiful so I go as often as possible.

I feel great. I have trouble with my vitamins and getting protein down. I am up to 31 lbs. lost. Gotta change my ticker. I am very surprised at how good I feel. I tried to do a workout yesterday which killed my abs. lol. I have no ab muscles because I have had 3 other open ab surgeries in the last 3 years. So gonna take some building. Otherwise than that, I don't have much for nausea which I was told would be really bad. I can't live without drinks FULL of ice and popsicles. Funny I still make this great big glass of ice and crystal light and wonder why I can't get the whole thing down before the ice melts....old habits....

I'm going to keep trying. Anyway, how are you doing/feeling?

Thank you but I seem to be stuck at the 20lbs. I haven't lost any more than that. I have been exercising and not losing....I don't understand... I will keep trying though.

Good luck to you. I'm having my surgery on the 26th. I saw you are not having an easy time with the liquid diet either. It is a killer especially at this time of the year. But I know it will be worth it in the end
