Frustrated at 238

Ok, so I started with a band almost 2 years ago and lost from 315 to 238. Got stuck, band ulcered and finally fought with insurance to get a sleeve which was the original surgery I wanted. During the period with the insurance, I gained back to 255. Ugh

So I had the sleeve the end of June. Everything has been wonderful except I have lost down to the dreaded 238 and have been stuck here over a week.

I am using the myfitnesspal app and logging everything I eat and exercise.
