It's been awhile since I've posted here. ..I've been so active lately it's amazing to me! At my heaviest of 265 I would've never imagined running 5ks, going to Crossfit Class 4 times a week! And just being so happy and positive with life!

Hello all,
It's been awhile since I last posted. Been super busy with work, school and my daughter. I had my surgery back in Aug 2012 and as of today I am down 110 lbs! At this point I'm pretty happy with my weight loss so for the past month I have been going to Crossfit 3 times a week and toning up now. It's been awhile since I've been on here...with work and being so active lately...I feel more alive more than ever! To go from 260 to 185 is unbelievable to me...sometimes I pinch myself and wonder if this is a dream. Everything post surgery is going well...the only thing I'm dealing with is loss of hair...but I believe it's due to my struggle to get all the protein I'm supposed to have in each day. So I'm still working on that. I've gone from a size 20 to 10-12 and finally posted a before and after
