Yeah I look ridiculous in some of my uniforms :-) I need a new duty belt. But I am getting into so old clothes that I haven't worn in years. How have you been?

Having your clothes fall of you is a pretty good feeling isn't it? You'll be at 299 in no time at all!

Not quite yet but my uniform is big as hell! I'm down to 328lbs from 390lbs but I won't be happy until I see 299 on that scale. How have you been?

First week back to work complete. Had to do a fitness for duty evaluation. Wanted to die on the treadmill but did surprisingly well on sit-ups

And oh my, self doubt and frustration are a daily part of life, lol. In the beginning you can't help but think that it will never happen for you. That you're going to screw things up, etc. But your body is an amazing thing that proves you wrong, no matter how hard you believe that you'll fail
