HI wow you look awesome I'm 1 month post op and would love to know any advice you can give, I drink the protein water and have been hitting the gym 4-5 days per week. I haven't lost in 3 weeks its really getting me down. I'm 46 starting weight 223 STUCK at 203!

Thanks for your encouragement about Dr. Alvarez. I just knew he was the one after viewing the You Tube videos and reading all of the wonderful reviews. I read his book already too. You look fantastic....I am hoping for the same results. Above everything else....I want to no longer be diabetic.

I am trying to decide on which surgery, and I really like what I hear about the sleeve, but concerned about diarrhea and dumping, does anyone know about these issues? Any suggestions? 47 yr old teacher - 215 now.... thanks, Kris

I am doing great. I had an awesome experience and feel so fortunate....they were an excellent healthcare team. I have some edema from sitting so long on my journey home. I am on my clear liquids and looking forward to advancing in a couple days....it will be easier to get more protein in. How are you ?

4 days post op and doing great. Dr Alavrez and his team where wonderfull . Met some amazing women and their Guest. A shout out to Geri and her sister Maria and Randi and her daughter Jaime! These women took such good care of me like I was family. Just trying to get enough liquids down. thank you for all the blessings.
