I had Vertical Sleeve on July 19th and have lost 23 pounds since then. For the first 2 weeks I did good but the last few days towards the evening I find myself either feeling hungry or maybe just thinking I'm hungry. Though it's manly what's on my plan I still feel like I'm eating to much. Maybe I'm still struggling with will power or still in my old habits of being bored in the evening and wanting to eat. I'm just hoping that this will pass SOON!

I will be having surgery in 8 days and my doctor wants me to start a 7 day pre-op liquid diet. I decided to try a few days early but I am having a really ruff time of it. I'm not eating a bunch of bad stuff but I am finding myself eating atleast once a day. I just hope I can get through this next week.

Tomorrow is the start of my 2 week liquid diet before my surgery date. I'm really nervous about being able to follow through with it. To think of 2 weeks without food is scary

I've got 18 days till my Gastric sleeve surgery. I've started buying all the things that I will need. I was wondering If anyone has tried the powder vitamins and will this work?
