  1. stephy! Thx so much on the compliments of my hair...i too, have been back n forth from dark to light, i just make sure i always have a reconstructor conditioner on hand. For hair loss...im in the same boat,..i heard that this brand of hair care products at my salon store is called Bosely..its supposed to be the best type of hair thinning or hair loss product,,,so im going to try it, i hope to get mine under control also..nioxin is also great too. i would definitely keep applying color in...not pulling color out (lightening) during this time of loss/thinning...hope this has helped, i wish i had more time i have three toddlers running around right now i cant be long haha. take care ttys.

Hi Heidi...congrats on your weight loss so far...I notice you are hairstylist, and being sleeved you are familiar w hair loss , or will be (sorry), so do you have any recomendations on to what cut/color/products to use to help w lessening hair loss? BTW, I love your hair...some times I go visit my stylist, and her hair is not cute...and I always think, wow, now she should have some kind of cute cut/color...something, especially if she's trying to beautify others...anywhoo...where in Cali do you live? I live in Pomona, but work in downtown, Oh another question...while I'm goin through hair loss, do I have to stay away from dying my hair? I alternate from black, to really light (like yours), so you can imagine the damage...I proabaly will let the black fade, because seeing your beautiful blonde hair...makes me want to go blonde again..maybe after the holidays/

Hello! Thanks! I really try to listen to my body or stomach and avoid the foods that don't make me feel good. I have given up on chicken because it doesn't digest very easily for me. I usually make a protein shake with yogurt and soy milk for my breakfast, a tuna salad at lunch with lots of veggies, a protein bar at break, a protein shake sometime during the afternoon, and a small dinner of whatever I am preparing for my husband and son. I can't eat a lot at one time so I don't stress about the portion sizes. I still have quite a bit of nausea, so anything too rich is not going to sit well with me, and I usually avoid them. I have a couple tablespoons of hummus with crackers, or frozen blueberries with greek yogurt, the happy cow cheese triangles are pretty good too ... but meals just don't have the same importance to me as they did before surgery.
  5. Hey honey bun! Im 3days post op and woke up really sore today. I had a terrible muscle spasm in my shoulder that's probably still caused by the gasses inside. =/ I had trouble with pain issues day one and by day two got it under control with stronger meds. All in all surgery went well and this is all normal. I usually have a little more pain and discomfort than the average anyway. . I've been trying like heck to sip down the Isopure protein drinks daily. I get down maybe 1/4 to half the bottle the day. Anything is better than nothing im telling myself. . I look forward to better days pain wise, but I know ur supposed to just pick up and move on day to day lol, never look back. . . Just a tip, a few of my fav foods have been blue jello water, a few bites of a cracker, some applesauce and chicken broths. . I'll post sum new stuff asap. Thx for checking on me!! Tty soon. Xoxo--Heidi
