Sleeved on June 12th... Any Suggestions on exercise?

Hi everyone! I was recently sleeved and excited to start doing exercise but scared. Any suggestions on exercises that I may do that are safe. Its a battle with walking for more than 30 minutes because I have not been active, but would like to attempt elliptical for 10 minutes or so. Have anyone tried it after two weeks and physically fine doing it? Im open to any suggestions....that are safe that is!
