Maybe you need to see a local bariatric physician and have them take a look at your sleeve.. Maybe it is too big and not working right.

That is my fav it just stripped the fat off my butt. I now do it twice a week and zumba once a week. Happy losing.

I been so busy getting things ready to go back to school and things with band, I haven't had time to get on here.
My mom and I are doing fine sorry I haven't been posting.

I think bread just is heavy in the stomach, it kind of expands. I have tried a lot of things, but yet to try steak, I'm not really a bread eater. Congrats on the 20 pounds!!

Thanks! I am hoping to return to running a few weeks into August with my Surgeons Ok. That photo was from 2010 when I lost my weight prior to the sleeve. I have run 5k,10k,15k,two half marathons and an 18 miler. I have done long runs in the upper 20's and give you credit on those 26.2's you have done. Glad to have another runner to relate to. I made it home yesterday! AAAHHHHH, my own bed! lol So far, doing pretty good so far today. My only real pain has been a stiff neck. Not sure if it's from sleeping semi-upright or if that's where my gas decided to settle. Either way, I'm hoping it goes away soon. Working on my fluids now and teaching myself how big of sips my new belly will let me take. I just know the first few weeks are the big challenge, so if I can get past them, everything else should be a little easier.
