Preparing! And scared!

I was wondering if anyone had a grocery list of sorts to prepare for the procedure? I'm shopping this weekend for my surgery next week. I was also wondering where the vitamins were most affordable. I've heard people talk about SAMs and gnc.
I'm also getting very nervous about the procedure and recovery. I don't want to inconvenience my family any more than I have to. I'm also worried about picking up my 18 month old. Does anyone know how long it is before I can pick up my babies, the other
