October 9th will be my 3 months after surgery. So far I have lost 43 pounds. It seems like a dream to see the scale out of the 200's. But I have been working hard. Walking everyday.

It's been 9 weeks since my surgery and i have lost 33 pounds
i went to the doctor and he said that some weeks i may not loose
a pound. and that it is normal. Im excited to be getting closer to my
goal weight. I feel so much better. Still have some foods that i can not eat
(bread, pasta). Any advice on types of breads that i can eat? Any advice on b-12 also? I was using the prescription nascobal, but now insurance does not wanna to cover it and it's $400.00 for 30day supply.
