    I am 2 weeks post op. I have lost 14 pounds a pound a day ....I can deal with that. Today I messed up I walked in Kitchen picked up a piece of chicken chewed it swallowed it and then realized I can't do that. So far I feel ok I hope I didn't mess this up. Has anyone else messed up like me ?? I am a very worried girl
