i haven't written for a while, and I like to be positive. Last time I wrote I was having a stall and didnt know how to fix it... while writing then, I realised that I really wasn't exercising enough, so I immediately brushed off the dust from my exercise bike and started riding. Since then, I have become obsessed with exercise... I swim 2 or 3 days a week, run twice a week, a zumba class and a session with a personal trainer, and the weight and inches are falling off (still lots more to go though!).

The last few weeks have flown by! I'm loving that I keep having to look through another part of my wardrobe to find clothes that fit me... luckily I never threw any clothes away. Now, is it safe to finally throw away those clothes that are too big for me???

This morning the batteries in my bathroom scales died. I know this must be a good thing as I only weighed myself yesterday, and promised myself not to get obsessed.

This morning was the first morning I had to get the kids up and ready for school, the first time I drove, and the first time since coming home from hospital that I really met anyone outside of my house. My husband left for work this morning- he'll be back on Friday. I have to say, I'm feeling good!

So... I had the surgery 4 days ago. Left the hospital 2 days ago. I've had my share of feeling what have I done to myself? Why couldn't I just diet normally? Am I mad????!!!!
