    Well alittle over 9 months and i have hit my goal weight of 150. Total weight loss 110lbs. If you would have told me 10 months ago that I would look like I do I would have laughed at you. I feel good, off my meds, I look at life so differently today. So glad I had the surgery.

    Walking must be helping. I have now lost a total of 40 lbs. Still walking everyday. Only 70 more to go.

    Almost 8 weeks out. lost 35 lbs so far. For the last week I have continued my walking for 2 miles and have been eating all the right things.....ugh no weight loss. I know this should be expected... Has this happened to anyone else?
