Having surgery Tuesday, July 3. Made it through my Mother's funeral on Friday. So I'm ready for another difficult journey. Hopefully, this one will be a successful adventure. I will tell you that without God I would have never made it through last week. I have been so blessed. I continue to pray for you. Keep me posted.

G'day. Hope you're starting to feel better now it's nearing a week since your surgery? As long as you're feeling less pain every day, a little more than the day before... I hope you've also got some good support around you? If not, we're all here for you.

Hi there. Its Saturday night and we should be dancing! NOT! Just have to find a little humour once in a while. Are u feeling better. It's just been a few days since your surgery, so I'm sure you probably feel like crap and wonder if you made a mistake. But you haven't! You are 1 more day closer to being a healthy you! Listen, I'm scared too, but my weight is killing me. I have all kinds of health problems and take a ton of meds. I have no life, and I've been severely depressed. But we KNOW we can't do it on our on - Not permanently, but we have not lost hope nor faith. We want to live. My mother is in a nursing home and you know what? There aren't any obese people there, because fat kills early. So you have already got the worse behind you. There's no place to go BUT DOWN ON THE SCALES! WHOO HOO! Yes I'm from Texas! Thanks and, yes, lets be pals! It's 4:08 am and Im up feeling a little shakey. I have some ideas of what is going on and might have remedied it. Lets stay in touch bc it felt GREAT being connected to someone tonight. This procedure scares me, but getting bigger day by day scares me more!

Hi imgonnadanceagain! I am scheduled for my sleeve June 20. I have not joined any groups yet. I noticed that you just had your surgery and I wanted to wish you much success. I know you may not feel very good now, but I would love to see you start blogging again as soon as u feel up to it. I am 60 years old - that sounds so strange to say. Where have the years gone? LOL! I would like to become your friend and help support you into this new lifestyle. I chose you because I love music and I love to dance. I still dance around the house, but wouldn't it be great to actually dance again! I love Dancing with the Stars. I swear I feel every move they make. I would have loved to learn to dance like that.
