Hey doing good. I have my ups and downs but as far as weight loss doing real good. How about you? Your pic looks good lost allot in your face.

Oh no! Ive thrown up a couple times but I am trying to be conscious of how much I eat for my meals. Its the snacking though that doesnt seem to fill me up so I have to make myself stop.

I've lost 36 total but since surgery about 20.. I haven't lost anything this week yet. I started to get an appetite and find myself snacking. What kind of things are you eating now? I was wondering how you were doing.

Hi Jenn! I too was sleeved on the 31st of July!! How are u doing? I have lost a total of 33# that is both before and after surgery! How is your energy level? No energy here! I can't wait until tue. I start soft foods and maybe I will get some energy then.

Well lately because I have been frustrated I have Just been having tea and my protein shakes. Im not exercising right now and I know I should but I have no energy. I guess I'm Just gonna have to force myself

Wow you are kicking my tell weightloss. Are you exercising? If so how much. I only lost 21 pounds since surgey and I'm 4 weeks out. Are you doing anything special?

Thank you Jenn! Good luck to you on the 10th. I'm sure you can hardly wait to have surgery behind you. I know I sure am. It seems like as much as you can be prepared, a few things surprised me.
