I wish I had some tips; I have also been struggling to reach my goal. It was so easy at first the weight just came off. I have recently joined a gym the first month I lose 10 lb. and was so excited! Then nothing the next month, decided to start weight training doing a class called body pump it’s a 45 min work out at my gym lifting weights, I am hoping that this will help get the ball rolling again and help my reach my goal of 180 however if I get to 190 I will be so happy as long as I am under 200lb. I am also doing yoga which I absolutely love. I feel if I keep it up something will happen eventually.
My diet remains about the same I try to focus on proteins intake and water which is more of a challenge. I love smoothie king’s gladiator shake. My vitamins levels are about the same as before surgery, B-12 and D3 are what I have always been deficient in. I take B-12 injections now every two weeks and that has made a big different in my energy level.

Hi Merry I live in Thibodaux and had the slevee on June 22, 2011 I have lost 161 lb! it the best thing I could have done for myself! Wish I would have been able to do this years ago! Good luck you will do great.
