Been A While!

Hello everyone
It's been sometime that I've been on here. So I'm now a year and three months out. I found that I now have a hard time not snacking so I'm not making the best choices when eating. My blood work is all over the place. But I have made it my goal to get back into the game.Even though I haven't gain weight I just want to be health. It's doesn't help that I'm now working two jobs plus taking care of my mom and disable sister plus my household. I know I must start back putting myself

Today makes one year

Wow what a different a year makes..... i can't believe it's been a year already so much has happen. First, things was going so good until I hit the 30lb mark then my body decided it wants to have a period for eight months. In that time I finished college to be a community health worker. I fainted at a clients house why do my internship (LOL) what a way to end that internship. I got a ER blood tranfusion. And just last week had to have a complete hysterectomy to stop the bleeding. Woke from surgery

Wow I can't believe it's been almost a year next's month on the 20th. I look at old pictures and can't believe that it's me. Now 70 plus pounds down and from a size 18 to a size 8 is so unreal. The road has been long and hard and I found myself still battling with food each and every day. But I'm learning to walk away. I've learned that not everyone is happy for me or want to see me health bit that's them not me. I've finish college and was choosing to speak for the class of about 200 grads. I had

So here I sit thinking about these last 8 months and how so many things have changed for me and the people that are around me. I have learned how to say no or not really care what people have to say. I'm so much happier then I use to be. I feel blessed that I have loss the 67lb but need to loss 9 more and started keeping up with taking my vitamins. I will be finish with school at the end of June. God is just blessing me. Hope everyone is doing well and staying blessed.
