I did some Zumba the other day my incisions have been hurting plus I've been a little lazy and low energy....hopefully next week I can start up my exercise program again. I really want to do more strength training but I'm not sure where to start or if I even should because I suffer from carpal tunnel and that is def some pain I don't want to agitate what should I do? Where should I start?

I'm taking two 20mg a day....it's not all smushy food but i tried salmon felt like I was dying afterwards. Dr goals offices are closed no power I haven't been able to see him for my follow up either...
