Yup - went to Tijuana. You? And YES, the moving around part is such a treat! I have a hobby farm in Canoe and can now get out and see my animals and work with them - haven't been able to do much with them for several years now. I'm 60 and semi-retired - husband is 64 and retired. We come down to Kelowna about once a month for a Costco and Choices Market run and to visit a cousin in Westbank. Maybe we can get together for tea and compare notes? How old are your kids? So nice to find someone close by! Hope you don't mind if I ask you a question now and then - my doctor here knows NOTHING about gastric sleeves. I saw her today and she was singularly unhelpful! Did offer B12 shots though and suggested once a month. Is that what you do? Sublingual B12 makes me nauseous! :-( deb

Why Hello. Always nice to know there is someone close by going thru the same thing. I see you also went to Mexico to have the sleeve done. Best decision that I have ever made getting it done. I have been going thru it since Oct 11 so any questions you may have ask away. So far I am down about 75lbs but have defiantly slowed down in the losing process in the last month or so but very happy to be able to move so much easier. Actually hiking with my kids now and enjoying it and not dying!! lol. Love to hear back from you soon. Take care Denise
