just joined the SA group. I have had so many probs with my machine lately. Just had another study in May. My settings are now higher than any my doc has seen, at 28/22. I had apnea 168 times in an hour. Yep, thats high. Mow I need a new machine cause mine does not go that high, waiting on insurance, they say I am not elig until the 22nd of this month, really. I had to chuckle though when you said that ypur mask mysteriously meets the floor sometime around 3am. So does mine, In May I was switched fr a nasal mask to a full, can't get used to it. Well said about Dr A. I cant believe people complain b/c Jerusalem is kind of no frills. i actually liked that so they got done what they needed to then go back to the hotel which was 5 star. Amazing people complain about everything.

Yesterday, I jogged a mile and I discovered that my foot shrunk an inch, so now, I'm a size 9 shoe. I am also wearing a 14P, I feel besides myself, awesome, I can't explain. This has not happened to me, since middle school, but I was too young to appreciate it. I'm attending the GYM on average, 3 days per week. I work on weights for about an hour and i finish with the tread mill, this also helps the scale, I'm down to 208.

I'm super tracking my proteine intake and it has gotten better. I have been going to GYM with my daughter in law, it has been awesome. Yesterday, I jog for 6 minutes straight on the treadmill, very empowering! The only thing is that a night when I sleep, is like my body is still awake. I cought my self gesturing what i was dreaming about, OMG, one day at the time. I'm still tired, some days more than others.

I finally got my heartburn controlled with omeprazole, awesome! My period, also stop, finally. I'm still learning myself @ this new phase. I finished my B12 shots, yesterday. I have a sense of wellness that it is amazing. I don't recognize myself in the mirror, anymore, and everybody else notices the wl, but I only see it on the scale.

I'm down to 215, still dealing with the heartburn, and finding my way out. it is also a challange to try to balance out the cals, the proteine, and the water, OMG. Everything has to be plan out and the earlier i start drinking my proteine, the better are the chances that I'm gonna hit my mark. My energy has improved some, but still not @ 100% I'm soon planing a trip to the thift shop to find some pants that will fit, awesome!

Slowing down a little on the weight loss which I know is normal but I want it gone so bad! Felling pretty good except the heartburn. Thanks for the ideas I will try them. How about you how are you doing? Well I hope.

I'm doing much better with recognizing enough is enough, but my energy level is not strong, yet. I went to the gym, but I be soo tired when I get home from work, it is overwhelming. The scale finally moved, great. I also got some omeprazole, the heartburn is better. I start my part time @ the pizza shop, tomorrow. I'm very ansious about it. Ima make sure i pack myself some goodies. I'm looking forward to another day with lots of awesomeness!

At this point, I might've reach the point of questioning myself. This heartburn is driving me up the wall. It is like the hic up gets stuck in the middle of my chest, I feel yuck, very yucky together with this lack of energy, omg. Yesterday, i could not any longer tolerate the vainilla premier shake, i almost threw up that last sip. Last night, i felt my chest was on fire, it was horrible. I hope this phase should pass soon and i can't wait to get my energy level back, I have 3 precious grandsons that are awaiting for me! Now, with this shake stuff, if i can stomack it anymore, then, what am i suppose to do, being in the puree stage, smh!

You are doing awesome and I too am suffering daily from the heartburn but the weight is going in the right direction so all is good. I also had my stitches out and I have a rash but it was from the tape I was using to cover the stitches. Otherwise all is great over here so far. Have a great week and we'll check in again soon.
