Hello! Sorry I haven't been on here much! I'm generally doing fine except for the dizziness.. And was weak enough to cheat post op. Yikes. How are you doing? Everything going according to plan?

Thank you.. You are doing really well. My band worked very well untill I had to have all fluid removed then was never the same. Nausea isnt good do you think was op its self or anesitic? So want my date.. Not good at waiting lol. Keep well Ali

Good luck when your op comes.
I've met a few people being converted from band to sleeve. I had the option of either but decided the sleeve would be better for me.
I'm only a week post op but doing ok so far.
The actual operation wasn't too bad and by 3 days post op I was off my painkillers. It's was really quite bearable. Even now I take an occasional 500mgs calpol and that's enough.
I had pretty bad nausea post op; that was the worst bit for me.

I'm sure you'll get on much better with the sleeve :-)

Not had it long then.. How long did it take for you to feel well again? I am so excited and cant wait to start my adventure on weight loss and eating healthy. The band makes it so hard to eat healthy stuff!.. You are allowed a slip we are after all only human!

oh n i had my sleeve marh 19th

ahhhh yea along way off lol, i absaloutley love my sleeve best thing iv done in a very long time,i had a slip up last week and gained 2 pound but apart from that its just fantastic,would do it again in a heartbeat. hope you get the results u want this time round , its hard at first but u will get there
