I've started taking some protein bars with 30gms of protein to help with it. It is a lack of protein so that should help me. I got the at Sams they are not super delicious but they will do better than shakes... cause I am so tired of shakes. They fill you up for a long time too, so that will be a win win situation I think , weigh loss and hair gain... lol!!! I did try crystal light but still having a hard time... I am trying hot tea lets see how it goes... TTYL

I don't mind the taste of water but crystal light definatley does enhance the taste. Sugar free Hawaiian punch packets taste great as well.hard to believe there isn't any sugar in it actually. Any foods that you haven't been able to handle to well?

Thank ya I'm fine. I'm hoping I'm over my bump and ill start losing again soon. I'm trying to exercise but I guess I'm lazy. Lol.., I'm eating better ,but I'm a creature if habit so trying to find other foods I like full of protein

All I am doing now is Zumba in the evenings. I started on Monday 11/26 4 days out of that week, rested Friday, Saturday & Sunday. But have been very active going down town Dallas walking at the new park (Klyde Warren Park), went to the museum so very active compared to before.
Started my zumba class after work Monday again and planning on going the whole week before I go on vacation to Mexico!!! I am so excited about my trip, hopefully I can find a class like this over there, but I know I will be walking alot over there too. I want to do more weight lifting for my arms cause they were already bad so I don't want them to get worse. How are you doing?

I'm doing pretty good. On my 2nd day back at work and I feel pretty tired but overall good. Already on my 1st stall but I'm not complaining because I'm 39lbs down since Nov 1st. Hows everything going with you?? Getting use to the whole idea yet? Certain days I am and then certain days I still feel a little lost and forget I've had this procedure done.
