Hi there. Comp is finally fixed. Was wondering how you were going. Have you had the sleeve operation yet??? All is going good with me. I am now 68kg and have lost just on 20 kg. so am a happy girl. Saw Dr. Armstrong yesterday and he is please tho has told me that I must start gym workouts immediately. So yesterday I did a workout and OMG am I sore today. LoL...it will get better I am sure. Hi sweetie. Sorry I missed your friend request. I am not very good with this site as for me it is a tad complicated. How are you going??? I am now 6 months out having had the gastric sleeve on 31st January 2012. So far I have lost 17kg so am a happy girl. I have had a couple of issues with food since then mainly I am not getting enough protien and have days of feeling rather sick. My body wont deal with fried foods at all except for stir fyr and I need to remember to cut EVERYTHING up way smaller. Also I use water rather than oil so maybe that is why there isnt a prob with it. I cant stand the protien shakes as they are all sickly sweet. The thought of them makes me gag so I need to make an appointment to see the dietician fairly soon to check out my progress. Also need to see Dr. Armstrong as I only saw him once after the op. Otherwise all is moving slowly forward. Hope you are ok. xxxcoralxxx
